A fixture of the Richard Mille collection since 2007, the RM 011 took its bows. Retiring at the height of its glory, it made way for the RM 11-03 Automatic Flyback Chronograph.

Since the brand’s debut, Richard Mille watches have distilled performance in an unparalleled range of areas. To appreciate this, one need look no further than the RM 011. In terms of design, of materials used, of its details, its movement and its extraordinary adaptability, this piece embodies everything the brand stands for.

The guiding principle for Richard Mille behind the RM 11-03 was to imbue the new automatic RMAC3 calibre with a 3D quality and to bring its complexity visually to the fore.

Skeletonised, automatic winding movement with a variable-geometry rotor, offering hours, minutes, seconds, flyback chronograph, 60-minute countdown timer at 9 o’clock, 12-hour totaliser, oversize date and month indicator.

Circa 55 hours (± 10%), 45 hours with chronograph running. Actual power reserve results will depend on chronograph usage.

RETURN POLICY

We have a NO RETURN policy, unless wrong item was sent.

If eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

WARRANTY

THE VAULT Warranty

2-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty, provided by THE VAULT, covers the mechanical functions of your automatic watch, including (but not limited to) issues such as running fast/slow or inexplicably stopping functioning. You have a full two years from the date of purchase to send your watch back for servicing. This warranty is applicable exclusively to watches purchased from THE VAULT website. THE VAULT does not make representations on behalf of any watch manufacturer.

Our warranty is comparable to any manufacturer's warranty, with the distinction being that the service will be performed at THE VAULT's location. We employ expert watchmakers qualified to work on all major brands, utilizing factory-authorized replacement parts whenever applicable. Evidence of abuse beyond the factory-specified tolerances will void this warranty. All watches meet the manufacturer’s water resistance specifications, and maintaining the watch crown closed is crucial for preserving this water resistance and preventing damage to the movement.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • This warranty excludes any water damage due to a loose and/or open crown.
  • Damage to the crystal due to regular wear is not covered.
  • Replacement of quartz watch batteries is not offered under this warranty.

Authenticity: All watches sold on THE VAULT website are verified authentic and in working condition. We do not sell replica watches. "Unworn" watches include the original box, instruction booklet, and warranty paperwork/card (unless otherwise noted in the description). "Pre-owned" watches, also verified authentic with no aftermarket parts, are in good working condition but may not include the original box or warranty paperwork. Individual listings will specify what is included with the watch. In lieu of an original box, THE VAULT will provide a store watch box for listings without one.

THE VAULT is not an authorized dealer of the watch brands we sell. We obtain our watches from reputable sources dealing directly with authorized dealers and distributors. The watches may be in "unworn" or "unused" condition or "previously owned." In the absence of condition notes, the customer will assume the watch is "previously owned." THE VAULT makes no representations regarding the validity of any manufacturer’s warranties and does not act as a representative for customers to any watch manufacturers. Any warranties offered by THE VAULT are strictly through the website using our own authorized watchmakers.
